With regular phone service it is almost impossible to trace a cell phone, but....the phone company has another system that allows you (for a nominal fee) to trace the block of the original trace. But if the offender has purchased the system that allows his calls to elude the trace of the block of the orginal trace you could be screwed. In that case the phone company offers another system that will allow you to trace the block of the trace of the block of the orginal trace. Did I mention the nominal fee? KJ
